Lose 10-17 pounds and feel like a million in only 7 days! One of the secrets of the effectiveness of this 7-day eating plan is that the foods consumed are more calories to burn than they give to the body in caloric value. So eat as much as you want. This 7-day eating plan can be used as often as you like without fear of felling ill. As a matter of fact, if followed correctly, it will flush your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being you never thought possible. After only 7 days of this program, you will feel lighter because you will be lighter by at least 10-17 pounds, and have an abundance of energy. Continue this plan as long as you wish and feel the difference in your mental and physical disposition.
Day One: All fruits except bananas: Your first day will consist of all the fruits you want except bananas. For all you melon lovers, this is just the day for you. Two fruits which are lower in calories than most other fruits are watermelons and cantaloupe. Should you eat only the melons your chances of losing 3 pounds the first day are great.
Day Two: All vegetables. Eat all you want till stuffed with all fresh, raw, or cooked vegetables of your choice. Try to eat green, leafy vegetables and stay away fro vegetables such as dry beans, peas, and corn. These foods are not for someone trying to reduce their calorie intake, which you are. So eat as much of any other vegetable as you wish. Surprise, you may also have a large baked potato with butter on your vegetable day!
Day Three: Fruits and vegetables: same as days one and two, except for potato.
Day Four: Bananas and Skim Milk. Eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many as two glasses of skim milk on this day. Along with your T-J Soup* I am sure you have heard that bananas are very high in calories and carbohydrates: They are, and so is milk, but on this particular day, your body will need these essential carbohydrates, proteins, and calcium which will lessen any craving for sweets.
Day Five: Beef and Tomatoes. You may have 10-12 oz. of beef and six tomatoes on your fifth day. Try to drink at least 8 glasses of water in order to was away and uric acid in the body.
Day Six: Beef and Vegetables. Eat until your heart is content of beef and vegetables. No potatoes, please.
Day Seven: Brown rice, fruit juice (unsweetened) and vegetables. Again, stuff, stuff, stuff!
*Cabbage Soup: Six large onions, 2 green peppers, 4 cans whole tomatoes (canned or fresh 4 cups),
1 large head of cabbage, large bunch of celery, season with dry onion soup mix or other seasonings of your choice. Cut your vegetables in medium pieces and boil covered with water for 10 minutes. Then lower heat and simmer till vegetables are soft. T-J Soup can be eaten any time you feel hungry. Eat as much as you like, any time of the day. This is soup that will not add calories, so eat all you want. The more you eat, the more you lose! In fact, if eaten for indefinite periods, one would suffer from malnutrition. So fill your thermos in the morning if you will be away from home during the day. You can eat this soup any day except fruit day one. And, you must drink 8 glasses of water dailyl
